I tried the Premium option thinking it would be a noticeable upgrade, but it didn’t feel worth the price. A few features were fine, but most of what I got seemed like stuff I could already find for free elsewhere. I was disappointed, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or refund since it really didn’t deliver the value I paid for

I asked for a refund and it turned into way more hassle than it should’ve been. Support kept sending vague replies, and I had to keep chasing them just to get a proper update. In the end, it really wasn’t worth the headache for me.

I signed up mainly because I thought the community support would be helpful, but it was disappointing. I posted a question and it just sat there for days with no response. When someone finally did reply, it came off a bit rude and didn’t actually answer what I was asking. It really felt like nobody was paying attention or moderating anything, and I was just some random ticket number instead of a real person looking for help. I ended up canceling because the community was the main reason I joined.

The potty training support just didn’t do much for us. The advice felt really generic, like stuff you could find anywhere online, and it didn’t seem tailored to our puppy at all. We kept dealing with the same accidents and problems, and after paying for help, I expected more than basic suggestions. It didn’t feel right to charge for support that wasn’t actually very supportive.

I tried the free course, and it was decent for getting the basics down!! There were definitely a few helpful tips, especially if you’re a new puppy owner and just trying to figure things out. That said, if you’ve already watched a bunch of training videos, some of it might feel a little too familiar or basic. I still like that it’s free and easy to follow, but I wouldn’t expect it to solve every issue or go super in-depth. Overall, not bad at all, just kind of average for me

I gave pupford a real shot for recall training with my dog, but we didn’t see much improvement 😕 I followed the videos for a few weeks, used treats, and practiced every day. But the second we were outside, he pretty much went right back to ignoring me. Maybe it works great for other dogs, but for us it felt like a lot of time and money without much payoff. Definitely disappointed...

At first, the training plan sounded good, but once I tried using it in real life, it just didn’t make much sense for my day-to-day. There were too many steps, it took way more time than I expected, it didn’t seem to match my dog’s actual behavior. After a while I started wondering if it was more of a generic plan than something made for us. It felt like I was forcing the whole thing instead of getting help that actually fit.

I was hoping this would help me feel more sure of myself, but I still felt unsure most days. I also reached out for support and the replies felt kind of copy-pasted, which was frustrating because it didn’t really feel like anyone was actually listening.

My order showed up much later than expected, which was frustrating. I reached out to customer service, but the email replies felt like they were written by a robot and didn’t really address what I was asking. The stuff did arrive eventually, but the whole experience left me disappointed.

This was good stuff, overall, and my pup was definitely interested at first, but she did lose interest here and there. Still, she came back to it a few times, so I’d say it was worth trying.

I really wanted to like this app, but it’s been annoying to use. It keeps freezing on me, and I feel like finding anything is harder than it should be. Videos also don’t always load properly, which gets frustrating fast. Maybe I’m missing something, but the whole experience just feels clunky.

I really hoped these would work out, but my dog wouldn’t eat them at all. He sniffed one, tried it, and then spit it right back out. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Sorry to hear your pup didn’t like them,” which was nice, but unfortunately these just weren’t a hit for us.

I had a tough time finding what I was looking for, and some of the pages loaded slowly for me. Not sure if it was just on my end or not, did anyone else have the same issue?

The training did help me a bit, and some of the tips were really useful. Progress was slow, though, so it wasn’t a total game-changer for me.

These treats are cute and my dog seemed interested in them right away. That said, they were a little too small for us and kind of hard to handle, especially when trying to grab just one quickly. Still, they’re not bad overall and could work well for smaller dogs or training.

I followed the videos for a few weeks, but we didn’t make much progress. The lessons were okay, just felt a little basic, and my dog was still zigzagging and pulling like usual. I’m sure it might work better for some dogs, but it didn’t really do much for us.

I signed up for Pupford because my puppy was constantly biting my hands, sleeves, pretty much anything he could grab. I went through the lessons and really did try to stick with what they suggested, but after all that, we’re basically in the same spot.

Maybe it works better for some dogs, but a lot of the advice felt like the same general tips you can find with a quick search. I kind of expected something more useful considering how it’s presented, but I’m still getting chewed on every day, so I can’t really give it a better rating
